The power cable comes out of the service panel end. We recommend that you put the service panel end of the tub at least 16" away from a wall or anything else, and the side with the drain port 12" away from anything else so you can easily install the drain attachment if you need to drain the tub. The tub will generate some condensation depending on the environmental humidity so it must be placed on waterproof flooring, or just somewhere that will not be damaged by water.
