Free Shipping and Other Shipping Info
Free Curbside Delivery - 48 Contiguous US States
Every item in our inventory qualifies for free curbside delivery with liftgate service to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. For orders received outside this area, we will contact you with final costs to finalize the additional cost which will be based on our actual cost.
Additional charges apply to all other areas including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico etc. If you are outside of the Free Shipping areas or are unsure if you qualify and would like to place an order please contact us using the information on the Contact Us page for the best rate.
Shipping Time
Our items' lead times are shown on the website close to the add to cart button. This is the time it takes for the product to be built or tested and packed at our warehouse and given to a shipper. The time that the product spends in transit once it is shipped will vary depending on your location and is usually between 2-9 business days depending on how far you are from our warehouse in Florida. Please contact us for estimates on how long a product will take to reach you.
Important Note: Transit times are in addition to lead times which vary depending on the tub. Please look at the product page for your tub to see the lead time.

Curbside Delivery
Provides residential delivery curbside at street level via tractor trailer.
Lift-gate Service
Driver will bring crated tub, sauna or other item from truck via lift-gate to street level at curbside. You are responsible for making arrangements to have item(s) brought into your home, garage, etc. Lift-gate service is included on our products. The truck driver will not bring the item into your home.
Driver's Responsibility
The driver is not responsible for bringing freight into house, garage, etc. and does not assist with unpacking, set up or clean up.
Scheduled Delivery
Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) and span an approximate 4-hour period. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges.
Spatial Restrictions and Obstructions
Spatial restrictions and obstructions include: small gravel road, low hanging trees or just insufficient space in general for tractor trailer to make delivery. Customer is responsible for advising us at the time of order or the carrier when they call to schedule delivery appointment if the delivery location is not accessible to tractor-trailers so appropriate modifications (delivery or pick up location, type of truck required, etc.) can be made in advance. If we discover after shipping that the freight company cannot deliver the item to your residence, we will notify you and have either the item held at the nearest terminal for three business days or try to arrange delivery to another location. If the item remains undelivered, the item will return to us and we will bill you for the actual storage and shipping charges both ways.
Inspection
It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent's departure. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery. Do not carelessly sign the delivery receipt.
Pickup
You can choose to pickup any item that is in stock in Pinellas Park, Florida. There is no cost for local pick up.
Inspecting Your Tub, Sauna or Other Item When You Receive It
Prior to delivery of your order we will send you a document confirming all of the points we would like you to look out for when your item arrives.
It is imperative that you fully unpack and inspect the item within 24 hours of receiving it even if you do not plan to install it right away. You must report missing or damaged items to us within this time frame otherwise we will not be able to file an insurance claim with the shipper and issue replacements.
