SanSiro Domenico-AIR73 Freestanding 73 Inch Variable Speed Air Jetted CoreAcryl Acrylic French Bateau Pedestal Bathtub – Pedestal Tub
SanSiro DOMENICO-AIR73 Freestanding 73 Inch CoreAcryl Acrylic French Bateau Pedestal AIR JETTED Bathtub and Drain Ready to plug in to a 15 amp 110 v GFCI A beautiful French Bateau pedestal bathtub tub made of thick CoreAcryl acrylic which includes aluminum foil heat retention in the body of the CoreAcryl. The interior of the tub is a high gloss bright white with a slip resistant floor. The exterior is a reinforced acrylic with a lacquered and Copper Leaf Aged finish that will not change in color. For the Aged Copper effect, we apply 5" x 5" leafing squares and then use expedited aging processes to present a beautiful finish that looks about 20 years old copper. As might be expected, some lines where the leafing joins may be visible. The blower is remote control activated with variable speed options for total enjoyment.
This tub is ready for you to slip into and just sit back and relax. The twelve individual air injectors on the floor of the tub will bubble up around your back and leg areas, soothingly caressing your skin as they rise. For added hygiene, each air jet is fitted with a check to prevent water entering the air lines.
Each SanSiro air tub has a heated blower that increases the ambient temperature of the bubbles by 15 to 20 degrees within a period of around 2 minutes. Switching the air jetting on before entering the tub can be a good idea. While the air is heated, it can still feel slightly cool when the bubbles first touch the skin. The sensation still feels fabulous.
SanSiro Jetted Tubs - Electrical Cord Position on Tub
All of the jetted tubs in the SanSiro range use a 3' long cable 110v – 15-amp standard 3 pin plug. You have choices as to where you would like the plug on the jetting system to connect to the GFCI outlet in your home. 1 - Leave the connection under the tub. In this case, you would need to have your GFCI at the control board and not on the plug under the tub. 2.- Connect to a wall socket GFCI. You can drill holes in the outside of the tub and run the electrical cable to a wall mounted GFCI near the tub. 3 - To drill the holes, we recommend first drilling the 1/8” (bit supplied) pilot hole and then the hole saw supplied. If you have two plugs, drill two holes. 4 - You can then feed the cord through the hole(s) and attach the rubber grommet. This grommet fits around the inside of the hole to prevent a rough tub edge rubbing on the electrical cord. Just in case you need it, we include an additional 3’ long extension cord for each plug on the tub. See or print photo directions
